We can update ship to addresses but cannot amend the product on your order. Depending on the order status, we may be able to offer a cancellation for a full refund.

You must move quickly though as the cancellation window is short! Our orders are processed and shipped fast so please call us on +64 800262966 to cancel, do not email. 

If your order can't be cancelled in time and ships out to you, you're welcome to RTS return it to sender for a full refund.
